Privacy Policy
In short: Windward Tiles does not collect, upload or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics. An optional one-time purchase through Google Play unlocks extra boards.
This policy explains how Windward Tiles ("the App"), published on Google Play by Covenants Studio LLC ("we", "us"), handles information.
Information stored on your device
To keep your progress, the App saves a small amount of data locally on your device only:
- board progress and cleared boards
- daily puzzle completions
- tutorial progress
- settings such as rule mode, contrast, motion, sound and haptics
- whether the full atlas has been unlocked
This data is not sent to us or anyone else. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. If Android device backup is turned on, Android may back up app data according to your device and Google account settings; we do not receive or access those backups.
Purchases
The App offers one optional purchase, the Full Coastal Atlas, which unlocks boards 21–60. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play under Google's Privacy Policy. Google Play tells the App whether you own the unlock; we never receive your payment card details. Buying or restoring the unlock requires Google Play access; an unlock already recorded on your device keeps working offline.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising ID, or any other personal or usage data.
Third-party services
The App contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. Apart from Google Play Billing for the optional purchase, it does not connect to any server. All content is bundled inside the app, so you can play offline.
Permissions
The App uses the internet only to talk to Google Play for purchases. It does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
Children's privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
