Privacy Policy
In short: Nexus needs an account so your workspace can sync across your devices. We store the content you create to provide the service. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your content for advertising, profiling or training machine learning models.
This policy explains how Nexus: Notes, Tasks & Goals ("the App"), published on Google Play by Covenants Studio LLC ("we", "us"), handles information.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address and sign-in credentials, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Workspace content: notes, tasks, goals, calendar events, habits, journal entries, whiteboards, files you upload and your app settings, stored so they sync across your devices.
- Earlier preview data: any messages from earlier preview versions stay in your account until you delete them or your account.
- Connection data: basic technical data such as IP addresses and timestamps, processed by our hosting providers to operate and protect the service.
Sharing
We share data only with providers that run the service for us:
- Supabase, which hosts account and workspace data
- Google Play and RevenueCat, which handle Nexus Pro purchases and provide subscription status. They do not receive your note content from Nexus.
We may disclose data when required by law or at your direction. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS/TLS and stored with access controls.
Retention, export and deletion
- Your workspace is kept while your account is active.
- Export your data as a ZIP from Settings → Account → Export All Data.
- Delete your account and workspace data from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email support@covenantsstudio.com from your account email. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
